The Mission of the New England Narcotic Enforcement Officers' Association is:
To organize local, country, state and federal law enforcement personnel from the New England region in a collaborative effort to address violent and organized crime, career criminals, street gangs and illegal distribution of narcotics and firearms, while advancing the highest standards of professionalism, investigative techniques and prosecutorial preparation.

The Objectives of the Association are:
- To act as a conduit for the exchange of information and intelligence.
- To develop communication tools to provide timely information regarding crime trends, new investigative techniques and advances in technology.
- To ensure professional development through quality training in order to enhance the safety and maximize the effectiveness of law enforcement.
- To impact public policy affecting law enforcement in the New England area as well as nationally.
- To acknowledge exemplary performance in law enforcement or service to the community by individuals or organizations through official recognition.
- To broaden the scope of narcotic enforcement through comprehensive community policing problem-solving strategies and partnerships with every aspect of the community.
- To advocate and support programs for youth which provide alternatives to involvement in illegal activities.
- To epitomize professionalism in the field of law enforcement.
- To identify and secure resources, both public and private, in support of our mission.
